<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d76e62" identifier="/us/bill/119/s/32/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Local Access to Courts Act</shortTitle>” or “<shortTitle role="act">LACA</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d76e75" identifier="/us/bill/119/s/32/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num class="bold" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>ORGANIZATION OF TEXAS DISTRICT COURTS.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  <ref href="/us/usc/t28/s124/b/2">Section 124(b)(2) of title 28, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>, in the matter preceding paragraph (3), by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>and College Station</quotedText>” before the period at the end.</content></section>
<section id="d76e91" identifier="/us/bill/119/s/32/s3" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num class="bold" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>ORGANIZATION OF CALIFORNIA DISTRICT COURTS.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  <ref href="/us/usc/t28/s84/d">Section 84(d) of title 28, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>and El Centro</quotedText>” after “<quotedText>at San Diego</quotedText>”.</content></section>
