To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to encourage States to develop academic standards for elementary school and secondary school for artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to encourage States to develop academic standards for elementary school and secondary school for artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Recommending Artificial Intelligence Standards in Education Act of 2025” or the “RAISE Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Academic standards for artificial intelligence and technology education.
Section 1111(b)(1)(C) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6311(b)(1)(C)) is amended by inserting “, including standards for artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies” after “by the State”.
