    <official-title display="yes">To require the Federal Communications Commission to issue an order providing that a shark attack is an event for which a wireless emergency alert may be transmitted, and for other purposes.</official-title>

      <enum>1.</enum>
      <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as <quote><short-title>Lulu’s Law</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="id8c8bcd38ca0246359ae68e4e1fdfb0b8" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"> <enum>2.</enum> <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Wireless emergency alerts</header> <subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idca1b08c0cd924d939ecb44bae1b03936"> <enum>(a)</enum> <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Definition</header> <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <term>Alert Message</term> has the meaning given the term in section 10.10(a) of title 47, Code of Federal Regulations, or any successor regulation.</text>

        <enum>(b)</enum>
        <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Requirement</header>
