<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d62e62" identifier="/us/bill/119/s/1003/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as “<shortTitle role="act">Lulu’s Law</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d62e72" identifier="/us/bill/119/s/1003/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>WIRELESS EMERGENCY ALERTS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y675a2d2d-55c4-11f1-96c8-f3e2a703df13" identifier="/us/bill/119/s/1003/s2/a" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I650120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Definition</inline>.—</heading><content>In this section, the term “<term>Alert Message</term>” has the meaning given the term in <ref href="/us/cfr/t47/s10.10/a">section 10.10(a) of title 47, Code of Federal Regulations</ref>, or any successor regulation.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y675a543e-55c4-11f1-96c8-f3e2a703df13" identifier="/us/bill/119/s/1003/s2/b" style="-uslm-lc:I650120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Requirement</inline>.—</heading><content>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Federal Communications Commission shall issue an order to provide that a shark attack is an event for which an Alert Message may be transmitted.</content></subsection>
