<whereas><text>Whereas lavender is cultivated across the United States as a specialty crop with applications in agriculture, wellness, culinary arts, and manufacturing;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas lavender farms contribute to rural economies through agritourism, value-added products, and local employment;</text></whereas> 
<whereas><text>Whereas many lavender farms are small, family-owned, and women-led enterprises that reflect the diversity and resilience of American agriculture;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas the months of June and July represents peak bloom for lavender in many regions of the United States, making it a vital time for harvest and public engagement; and</text></whereas> 
<whereas><text>Whereas recognizing lavender growers supports agricultural innovation, sustainability; and domestic production: Now, therefore, be it</text></whereas></preamble><resolution-body style="traditional" id="HCA68D0B5879246F58188F44958E9932F"> <section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="HAD5CCC0351ED4A9A9965AD10042482CB"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the House of Representatives—</text>
