To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from waiving or reducing 
 any fee associated with an application for United States citizenship.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No Discounts for Foreigners Act''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN FEE WAIVERS AND REDUCTIONS.

    (a) Prohibition.--Except as provided for under subsection (b), the 
Secretary of Homeland Security may not waive or reduce any fee 
associated with an application for United States citizenship.
    (b) Exception.--The prohibition under subsection (a) shall not 
apply to an application submitted pursuant to section 328 or section 
329 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1439; 1440) by a 
member of the Armed Forces or an alien who previously served as a 
member of the Armed Forces.
    (c) Armed Forces Defined.--In this section, the term ``Armed 
Forces'' shall have the meaning given such term in section 101 of title 
10, United States Code.
