To codify Executive Order 11246 titled “Equal Employment Opportunity”.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Codification of Executive Order 11246 titled “Equal Employment Opportunity”.
Executive Order 11246 titled “Equal Employment Opportunity”, signed on September 24, 1965 (30 Fed. Reg. 12319; relating to nondiscrimination in government employment and in employment by government contractors and subcontractors) shall have the full force and effect of law.
