                                 A BILL


 
To prohibit contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency 
    for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Support for United Nations 
Relief and Works Agency Act of 2026'' or the ``Stop Support for UNRWA 
Act of 2026''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION AGAINST UNITED STATES CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE UNRWA.

    (a) In General.--The United States may not make any voluntary or 
assessed contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency 
for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (referred to in this section as 
the ``UNRWA'').
    (b) Rule of Construction.--Nothing is this section shall be 
construed to preclude the provision of humanitarian assistance to 
individuals or entities that receive assistance from the UNRWA through 
agencies or entities other than the UNRWA, provided the Secretary of 
State certifies to Congress that such agencies or entities do not 
promote, espouse, or affiliate with entities or individuals that 
promote violence, terrorism, or antisemitism (as such term is defined 
by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's Working 
Definition of Antisemitism), or employ individuals who do the same.
