<section id="HD81D3F0CD23F45A1B8255099D3A8EB81" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Racketeers on our Shores Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H5AA20577FB674190B3C562718FBB4E86"><enum>2.</enum><header>Inadmissibility and deportability of aliens who engage in economic discrimination</header> 
<subsection id="HD0D9590514ED49EB85EA67F0563B6D39"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Inadmissibility</header><text>Section 212(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1182">8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block id="H645B38C63DA349F28A502C01F746902A" style="OLC"> <subparagraph id="H2B8458165CB04928A79E1058D55A6700"><enum>(J)</enum><header>Economic discrimination</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any alien who, while serving as a government official of any foreign government, initiates, directs, conducts, engages in, or issues one or more investigations, enforcement actions, licensing determinations, fines, fees, tax assessments, or other legal, regulatory, or administrative burdens against a United States person that are, individually or taken together, more severe, more frequent, or less procedurally favorable than those initiated, directed, conducted, engaged in, or issued against a similarly situated party that is not a United States person, is inadmissible.</text></subparagraph> <after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="H8572E984380A47D887AC6910444ACC54"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Deportability</header><text>Section 237(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1227">8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block id="H33D22641D2BA4D8DA5CAB2F39E30DA19" style="OLC"> <subparagraph id="HF45D12A5F3414B57AC7FEA2A24349AE2"><enum>(G)</enum><header>Economic discrimination</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any alien who, while serving as a government official of any foreign government, initiates, directs, conducts, engages in, or issues one or more investigations, enforcement actions, licensing determinations, fines, fees, tax assessments, or other legal, regulatory, or administrative burdens against a United States person that are, individually or taken together, more severe, more frequent, or less procedurally favorable than those initiated, directed, conducted, engaged in, or issued against a similarly situated party that is not a United States person, is deportable.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection></section>
