<section id="H70FE75CBD23B44F2B8B4BC390E0F94B5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Anti-Fraud Fund Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7D6AD68490A54B499D43A70E256DAF8E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increasing funding for the Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control Account</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1817(k)(3)(A)(i) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395i">42 U.S.C. 1395i(k)(3)(A)(i)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="HEB7324CE7DE84B148567A71040472465"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subclause (IV), by inserting <quote>and further increased, for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2030, by $7,000,000,000</quote> before the semicolon; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HE34BB3A91FAA49028CB26E33EFB23C62"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following flush language:</text>

<quoted-block-continuation-text quoted-block-continuation-text-level="clause">In determining the limit under this clause for fiscal year 2028 or a subsequent fiscal year (through fiscal year 2031), the limit under this clause for the preceding fiscal year shall be deemed to have been equal to such limit otherwise determined under this clause, reduced by $7,000,000,000.</quoted-block-continuation-text><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
