To name the District of Columbia tuition assistance grant program the “Eleanor Holmes Norton District of Columbia Tuition Assistance Grant Program”.

To name the District of Columbia tuition assistance grant program the “Eleanor Holmes Norton District of Columbia Tuition Assistance Grant Program”.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Name of District of Columbia tuition assistance grant program.
The District of Columbia tuition assistance grant program established by the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999 (sec. 38–2701 et seq., D.C. Official Code) shall on and after the date of the enactment of this Act be known and designated as the “Eleanor Holmes Norton District of Columbia Tuition Assistance Grant Program”. Any reference to the District of Columbia tuition assistance grant program in any law, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the “Eleanor Holmes Norton District of Columbia Tuition Assistance Grant Program”.
