<section id="H1560149B9D9244E18F6592E65816C9DE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Streamlining Military Infrastructure Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HADD57D0270134D4BAD4769E577A0594A" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Assessment of the use of intergovernmental support agreements for unspecified minor military construction projects</header> <subsection id="H157D0A359C6F4415BC610F38E7778F5F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Report required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this section, each covered Assistant Secretary shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report assessing the potential use of intergovernmental support agreements (as defined in section 2679 title 10, United States Code) to carry out unspecified minor military construction projects under section 2805 of title 10, United States Code.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HA01DF3C648554EA4BEEA3836DC4B368B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Elements</header><text>The report required under subsection (a) shall include the following:</text> <paragraph id="HE80B37BA5948493B87D8A1E18F3F3014"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">An assessment of the feasibility of applying revised maximum dollar thresholds for unspecified minor military construction projects carried out under intergovernmental support agreements as follows:</text> 
<subparagraph id="H29F738CB5E9F498097B96459A5EE741A"><enum>(A)</enum><text>$18,000,000 for laboratory revitalization projects; and</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="HE87A940E2FB44018A412EFCF0B977C1B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>$8,000,000 for projects carried out using amounts from the Operation and Maintenance account.</text></subparagraph></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H794BBBE2E6924521847987A7EC6273CD"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A list of not more than 10 projects included in a facilities investment plan or facility support program of a military department that could be carried out under intergovernmental support agreements.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="HCF4FBB8B8566458DABFAFAE3A68E59C0"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Covered Assistant Secretary defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <term>covered Assistant Secretary</term> means—</text> 
<paragraph id="H90AD18DB55A64F9782BDEC7CBC94E5CE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy, and Environment;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HC20D1C0DBE824F67BAF647B99F7A32D3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations, and Environment; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H7194220B71FB42B29EB2CD72647D7EDF"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Environment, and Energy.</text></paragraph></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
