<section id="H8AE9343E4FEE4CC189EA9F4A89E3D38B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Federal Lands Lawful Carry Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H96D46325B01A4830B799C10D75E508B0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Exception to firearm prohibition</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 930 of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H39DB8237498F47CBA614EC4BA5BD59A6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (d), by inserting after paragraph (3) the following:</text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="H0C2759888C944E93AF6FF7E5FE04B22B" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <quoted-block-continuation-text quoted-block-continuation-text-level="section">For purposes of paragraph (3), the possession of a firearm in any exempted area is possession with a lawful purpose if the individual in possession of the firearm is not otherwise prohibited by law from such possession and such possession is in compliance with the law of the State in which the exempted area is located.</quoted-block-continuation-text><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph> <paragraph id="H0379A4BBC4204C5F8D433868AB544E87"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (g), by adding at the end the following:</text>

<paragraph id="H77A929B2D2684450B68815463370D66D"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>exempted area</quote> means any unit or Federal facility that—</text> <subparagraph id="HB91012BBBBDD4255A0D934974A064255"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is owned or leased by the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Reclamation, the National Forest System, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the National Park System, the National Wildlife Refuge System, the Tennessee Valley Authority, and the United States Army Corps of Engineers; and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H5413E0FBAC7E4D01ABBD2DDD86C44AA2"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is an area open to visitors and invitees to the unit or Federal facility.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section> </legis-body></bill>
