<section id="H68F745EC96254027832C089D1E9342A0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Fund Schools, Not ICE Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section>
<section id="H4D02E53B9B8E49EC81F7094E85F8B8D2"><enum>2.</enum><header>Transfer of unobligated ICE funds to education programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Any unobligated funds appropriated to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under sections 102 and 202 of the Secure America Act (Public Law119–98) shall be transferred to the Department of Education to carry out programs under part A of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.</text></section> <section id="H23BDCD92E029498A8CA33E0B1BFDD941"><enum>3.</enum><header>Sale of immigration detention warehouses</header> <subsection id="H83935054089C43DA9D11E28A7626077C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall sell each covered immigration detention warehouse. </text></subsection>

                <enum>(b)</enum>
                <header>Definition</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <term>covered immigration detention warehouse</term> means each of the 11 facilities purchased by the Secretary of Homeland Security for the purposes of immigration detention during the period beginning on January 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2026. </text>
