<section id="HB5312682743E446A98EAB5B0DA64F1C9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Cashing In Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H5F7B74F0E102460FAD8D3C0C8153B603"><enum>2.</enum><header>Ethics Requirements for Former Members of Congress</header> 
<subsection id="H72684B0B58D04C3A917F88B284395047"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Annual financial disclosure reports</header><text>Any individual who serves in the position of Member of Congress, shall, after termination of employment from such position, file the annual report under section 13104 of title 5, United States Code, each year for a period of ten years or the period in which such individual receives an annuity, whichever is greater.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HA2C84E16E0D14FEC84A0C8795859871D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Annuity reduction</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The annuity under chapter 83 or <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/5/84">chapter 84</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code, for an individual described under subsection (a) shall be reduced by the amount equal to any income received in the previous calendar year by such individual from a substantial lobbying entity for services rendered to such entity.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H5846C0968E0644D496CD8C3F80564DD5"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In this Act:</text> <paragraph id="HD263D8A3F1D44AC3BDBF196F6F8F5B91"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Lobbyist</header><text>The term <term>lobbyist</term> has the meaning given such term in section 3 of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/1602">2 U.S.C. 1602</external-xref>).</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H824E0515E13B46B2969058DD7B963192"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Member of Congress</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <term>Member of Congress</term> has the meaning given such term in section 13101 of title 5, United States Code.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H180C1257A145474EAFBB9EC716531177"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Substantial lobbying entity</header><text>The term <term>substantial lobbying entity</term> means a company that has more than three lobbyists or spends more than $10,000 on lobbying in a year.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
