Repealing reporting requirements related to unfunded priorities

(a)

In general

Title 10, United States Code, is amended by repealing each of the following sections: (1)Section 222a. (2)Section 222f. (3)Section 240i. (4)Section 4815. (5)Section 5513. (6)Section 6288. (b)

Small business innovation research and technology transfer program

Section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public law 117–81; 10 U.S.C. 4901 note) is repealed. (c)

Military construction projects

Section 2806 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of Public Law 115–91; 10 U.S.C. 222a note) is repealed.
