<section id="H31D5EC8075644C9B98F6370816EE7D59" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repealing reporting requirements related to unfunded priorities</header> 
<subsection id="H9CEB2B60F6EF44059DF8F9925CFF64D4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title 10, United States Code, is amended by repealing each of the following sections:</text> <paragraph id="H520395A8E37C49C4B9039762B8F408A3"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Section 222a.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HCC655E62634C4CFB80942DDDAF40D4D0"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Section 222f.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HF65EB7FB36174E56B2C47E8CAEFA957D"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Section 240i.</text></paragraph>

<paragraph id="H03BCCE215A694255A49D2C51C2F2621E"><enum>(6)</enum><text>Section 6288.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="H439A69FCDEC4440EB373688EE996F235"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Small business innovation research and technology transfer program</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public law 117–81; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/4901">10 U.S.C. 4901</external-xref> note) is repealed.</text> </subsection> 
<subsection id="HFD5698C55A3E4578942A04E62CB6CB59"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Military construction projects</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 2806 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/91">Public Law 115–91</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/222a">10 U.S.C. 222a</external-xref> note) is repealed.</text> </subsection> </section> </legis-body></bill>
