Short title

This Act may be cited as the Protecting Health Care and Lowering Costs Act of 2026.

Repeal of the Medicaid-related portions of An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14

The provisions of and the amendments made by chapter 1 of subtitle B of title VII of An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14 (Public Law 119–21) are repealed, and any law amended by such chapter is restored or revived as if such chapter had never been enacted.
