<section id="H8F423738251B406AAB2FE98DABF44A48" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>TPS Relief Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7BF900037FA24E1AB1C8B795843265B6" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Permitting judicial review of TPS claims</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1254(a)(b)(5)(A) of title 8, United States Code, is amended by striking out the word <quote>no</quote>.</text> </section>
