<section id="HDB2C3CF8B428452681C4F136B64DCA85" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Supporting Older Foster Youth Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H33CF2D00169E4F19A318C611955DBE86"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increase in funding</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 477(h)(1) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/677">42 U.S.C. 677(h)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>$140,000,000 or, beginning in fiscal year 2020, $143,000,000</quote> and inserting <quote>$163,000,000 for each fiscal year</quote>.</text></section> <section id="HC705ADFFEAAD457BA2B802952F53D89C"><enum>3.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The amendment made by this Act shall take effect on October 1, 2026.</text> </section>
