To amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to extend the time period for which certain regulations concerning the North Atlantic right whale are effective.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SEC. 2. Extension of effectiveness of certain regulations concerning North Atlantic right whale.
Section 101 of division JJ of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (16 U.S.C. 1387 note) is amended by striking “2028” each place it appears and inserting “2035”.
