R. 9391</legis-num><current-chamber display="yes">IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES</current-chamber><action><action-date date="20260714">July 14, 2026</action-date><action-desc>Received; read twice and referred to the <committee-name committee-id="SSCM00">Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>AN ACT</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To authorize an extension and expansion of the reimbursable screening services program of the Transportation Security Administration, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H0ED5A0985AB847BA88FF66CAA109E090" style="OLC"><section id="HA0CA831F411C4715B42F4AF406DE4DCE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Reimbursable Screening Services Program Extension Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H5975E32906E5403983C348C4403D5E97"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension and expansion of reimbursable screening services program</header><subsection id="H19992FD8C2734718AA0CAD35615ABF64"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Extension</header><text>Subsection (e) of section 225 of division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/6">Public Law 116–6</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/49/44901">49 U.S.C. 44901</external-xref> note), is amended by striking <quote>for fiscal years 2019 through 2026</quote> and inserting <quote>through fiscal year 2031</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="H0B4F6EC31F504F47A622241987FDDF63"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Expansion</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (e) of section 225 of division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019, as amended by subsection (a), is further amended by striking <quote>not more than eight</quote> and inserting <quote>not more than 14</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date date="20260713" chamber="House">Passed the House of Representatives July 13, 2026.</attestation-date><attestor display="yes">Kevin F.
