<section id="HB3C1FE144D2A40A49AB0FEBC7BDEF153" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Evidence derived from reliable scientific principles and methods</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 706(2) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph id="H13B61B7221D646B385F2A69BC1CD2D39"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (E) by striking <quote>or</quote> at the end; </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HBD3EF788DF72484C8BE1F7C41AE82054"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph (F) by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; or</quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H066691505CF24672B41A6C1E33DD1502"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subparagraph id="H652ADE973C5F4A378AC66D8A4ED18B63"><enum>(G)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">supported by evidence that the court determines is not the product of reliable scientific principles and methods, or that does not reflect a reliable application of those principles and methods.</text> </subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section> </legis-body></bill>
