<section id="HD84FE00DBA8C40D6B702B74F263C5672" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Exceptions for Non-Citizens Voting Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HECB07DD4806A428193E21A519D65A134"><enum>2.</enum><header>Voting by aliens</header> <subsection id="H6A4067CC4E5844F987BF55306AD3B692"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Section 611 of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H014FAA1F3B3D40F2B42DAC8193B0B1FC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by striking <quote>, unless—</quote> and all that follows through <quote>one or more of such Federal offices</quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H5C190DE27C0844D99ED7C46E67153C3A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (c).</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H09DE03A7C1ED47F5B8410F6A96C433C5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Inadmissibility for unlawful voters</header><text>Section 212(a)(10)(D) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1182">8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(10)(D)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HAA07789A0CD54E2B967A50AE76E5BB47" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subparagraph id="HC488F45E68724B66954D6BE9131E4C4C"><enum>(D)</enum><header>Unlawful voters</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any alien who has voted in violation of any Federal, State, or local constitutional provision, statute, ordinance, or regulation is inadmissible.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="HBC4E0D56547340F5AACD5C430DF298D3"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Deportability for unlawful voters</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 237(a)(6) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1227">8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(6)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HEE9DFA0BDA504A28A2AA4EE666DE240D" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="H9BEAC31EC3204641AF33E614F0C962EE"><enum>(6)</enum><header>Unlawful voters</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any alien who has voted in violation of any Federal, State, or local constitutional provision, statute, ordinance, or regulation is deportable.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection></section>
