Exemption of certain military installations from guidance with respect to aggregate square footage requirements

Section 2849(f) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (Public Law 118–159; 10 U.S.C. 2802 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:(5)Military installations undergoing a mission transition as of the date of the enactment of this paragraph..
