<section id="H08FB7953740342B986B25BE68250FE8E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Promoting Access to Recreation for Kids in Foster Settings Act</short-title></quote> or <quote><short-title>PARKS Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7C760D31415843A9A4BEF36DEB38C3C1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Annual passes</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 805(b)(3) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/6804">16 U.S.C. 6804(b)(3)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HA5E8BEBCFF4C496D8012D31F4D73E1CD"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>at no cost, to</quote> and inserting <quote>at no cost, to—</quote>;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HC5551FCA525143309C61202DF9AA5117"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>members of</quote> and inserting the following: </text> 
<quoted-block style="OLC" id="H53B0B4FD15334ED8A5A3B43986899E14" display-inline="no-display-inline"> 
<subparagraph id="HC390E63B632744C493694D1953888E5D"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">members of</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> <paragraph id="HD483FE4E49974AE7B2A7E93554FBA234"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking <quote>determined by the Secretary.</quote> and inserting <quote>determined by the Secretary; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HCEE2F05073B84901889F8DD77CEEA6EC"><enum>(4)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HD74057FF274E4F39877503B29EA9C632" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subparagraph id="H5DA36DA6F5D04CD0B7BE7248E2DEFB98"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">families whose home is a foster family home (as defined in section 472(c) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/672">42 U.S.C. 672(c)</external-xref>), including through the application of section 479B of such Act)—</text> 
<clause id="HDA5B10E7141948569AE92E1536BA7ADB"><enum>(i)</enum><text>who provide adequate proof of eligibility for such pass as determined by the Secretary; and</text></clause> <clause id="H151515C36CAA40449C6831096798CE96"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">not to exceed one pass per family, except if the family is comprised of too many members to be covered by a single pass when visiting a site together, the Secretary may make available one or more additional passes at no cost to cover the applicable entrance fees and standard amenity fees for the family.</text></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
