<section id="H9C7EE1A6B71A49E3968C0ED5ABAAA63D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Deport the Terrorists Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="H1B397A810E1747CF82059C78D6C1E553"><enum>2.</enum><header>Denaturalization for terrorist offenses</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 340(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1451">8 U.S.C. 1451(e)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H47AC92C32D044BDEB70817BA920EF034"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>When a person shall be convicted</quote> and inserting the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HF76C61A9164447719C17902BEA0DEB7C" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="H64982DEE678A461EB95CE37872F5CB01"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">When a person shall be convicted</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HB8B7E863A853483F8CBDC246FDA27C49"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="H1ED60A3A83BD4AB085113E819B602AA9" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="H02456A9DD3AF40D08FA7F11BFBDB4F55"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Terrorist offenses</header> <subparagraph id="HBF453003F3E248C692C84A3B8C9102AD"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>When a person shall be convicted of a terrorism-related offense, the court in which such conviction is had shall thereupon revoke, set aside, and declare void the final order admitting such person to citizenship, and shall declare the certificate of naturalization of such person to be canceled. Jurisdiction is hereby conferred on the courts having jurisdiction of the trial of such offence to make such adjudication.</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HD6FF0E328C4E4D0FB41AD4FDE55E0CB3"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Terrorism-related offense</header><text>For purposes of this paragraph, the term <quote>terrorism-related offense</quote> means—</text> <clause id="H7B0DFFE4BF354F17B1AEC16A68542245"><enum>(i)</enum><text>an offense under section 2332a of title 18, United States Code;</text></clause> 
<clause id="H178657213A76493E8B055E39796C3250"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense under section 2332b of title 18, United States Code;</text></clause> <clause id="H895ACBFF91F84F0E87667AE7A531E3B4"><enum>(iii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense under section 2332f of title 18, United States Code;</text></clause> 
<clause id="H6E17BA05751F4F45BD87E643CB5DBEEC"><enum>(iv)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense under section 2339 of title 18, United States Code;</text></clause> <clause id="HB45C9B5B1DB04F589F4440870DDFFD5D"><enum>(v)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense under section 2339A of title 18, United States Code;</text></clause> 
<clause id="H23EC720E6A074133882874FFFD87EDD2"><enum>(vi)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense under section 2339B of title 18, United States Code;</text></clause> <clause id="HA91C46625FD54423869ED2FDD3CEBD0C"><enum>(vii)</enum><text>an offense under section 2339C of title 18, United States Code;</text></clause> 
<clause id="HB6906851BBA144F6A8734F652930CB98"><enum>(viii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense under section 2339D of title 18, United States Code; or</text></clause> <clause id="H564F0264BCBA4EF3BE0DC4C2339D0E95"><enum>(ix)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense that is an attempt or conspiracy to commit an offense described in this subparagraph.</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section> 
<section id="H2690D4BB681B4E759ACA384E2996366F"><enum>3.</enum><header>Ground of deportability</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 237(a)(4)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1227">8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(4)(B)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following: <quote>Any alien who is convicted of a terrorism-related offense (as such term is defined in section 340(e)(2)(B)) is deportable.</quote>.</text></section> <section id="HCA655C13CC574CBCBE62B557142D0710"><enum>4.</enum><header>Deportation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of Homeland Security shall prioritize the removal of any person denaturalized under section 340(e)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.</text> </section>
