<section id="H63F538F0356C413781CC36A22C0B1E33" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Keep Illegal Handguns Out of the Mail Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> 
<section id="H493FBB1D4C6D4722AF1AD559BFB54CD3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition against finalizing, implementing, or enforcing a proposed rule with respect to the mailing of concealable firearms</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The United States Postal Service may not finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule titled <quote>Revised Mailing Standards for Firearms</quote> published by the United States Postal Service in the Federal Register on April 2, 2026 (91 Fed. Reg. 16601), or any substantially similar rule.</text></section>
