(a)

Removal as country of concern

Section 1402(3) of the BUILD Act of 2018 (22 U.S.C. 9601(3)) is amended— (1)by striking subparagraph (A); and (2)by redesignating subparagraphs (B) through (G) as subparagraphs (A) through (F), respectively. (b)

Investment authority

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Development Finance Corporation may invest in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
