<section id="H87DBED9251EE49D7852991C38C42E21C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Border Patrol Supervisors Retention Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section section-type="subsequent-section" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBF214A30812646F7AE58EB1B8B33EFE6"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Establishment of higher rates of regularly scheduled overtime pay for certain U.S. Border Patrol agents</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5550(h) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4431B8533B114A229DF343096C1EB9C6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the subsection heading, by striking <quote><header-in-text style="USC" level="subsection">GS–12 Border Patrol agents</header-in-text></quote> and inserting <quote><header-in-text style="USC" level="subsection">Border Patrol agents classified from grade GS–12 through GS–15</header-in-text></quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H95FFF8CA12DE4952B22C53007D81A9BE"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (1), by striking <quote>a position at grade GS–12</quote> and inserting <quote>a position from grade GS–12 through GS–15</quote>.</text></paragraph></section>
