<section id="H449CB56A85044BF1BB287F693A4BCACD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Tribal Regulatory Reform Implementation Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H2AB97D44061347AC993DBEF269EDA863"><enum>2.</enum><header>Transfer of administrative responsibilities</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 4(a) of the Indian Tribal Regulatory Reform and Business Development Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/106/447">Public Law 106–447</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/4301">25 U.S.C. 4301</external-xref> note) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<paragraph id="HEAF23F1994D84EDCAB12106559801F20"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Transfer of administrative duties</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effective on the date of the enactment of <short-title>Tribal Regulatory Reform Implementation Act of 2026</short-title>, all administrative responsibilities and jurisdiction assigned to the Secretary under this Act with respect to the Authority shall transfer to the Secretary of the Interior.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> </legis-body></bill>
