Short title

This Act may be cited as the Inhibiting Militant Adversarial Mullahs Act.

Limitation on R visas for leaders of certain religious denominations

Section 214 of the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by adding at the end the following: (s)

An alien may not be admitted under section 101(a)(15)(R) if the alien has any of the following titles: (1)Imam or grand imam. (2)Shaykha. (3)Mufti or grand mufti. (4)Ayatollah or grand ayatollah..
