<section id="HEA36EBE944E8463BA50A7D4EA1B8B89D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Regulation of fishing in marine national monuments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 304 of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1854">16 U.S.C. 1854</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="H2842F98CDB20467887EB76872091C061" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subsection id="H8431B9C8B388431CACB174302F274924"><enum>(j)</enum><header>Regulation of fishing in marine national monuments</header> <paragraph id="H339AE211F98F42C7A651651DC82325DB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Prohibition on regulation by Presidential proclamation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Fishing in a marine national monument shall not be prohibited or otherwise regulated through a Presidential proclamation under section 320301 of title 54, United States Code (commonly known as the ‘Antiquities Act of 1906’), including any existing such Presidential proclamation.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H680EBB94707C4A0A8735589571E210E6"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Continued regulation under this Act</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Fishing in a marine national monument shall continue to be regulated pursuant to this Act, consistent with other applicable law.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section> </legis-body></bill>
