<section id="H32F81D539FF94BB999EB3A4497A47749" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Special Immunity for Violating Our State Laws Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="H7ED4AD0F3E474F028A0E619EA8A509BC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Waiver of immunity for certain acts committed by Federal law enforcement officers</header> <subsection id="H86AE864C174440C58A74B69B66AAC577"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/211">Chapter 211</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<section id="HD2941E37567F4BB8BA715ECCED552EA6"><enum>3245.</enum><header>Jurisdiction of State over offenses committed by Federal law enforcement officers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Any person who, while engaged in the performance of duties pertaining to the enforcement of the immigration laws (as defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101</external-xref>)), commits any act that causes the death of, or serious bodily injury to, any other person, is not immune from prosecution under the law of a State.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> <subsection id="HC9AB82EC00B348C98DB7507B6272C342"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of sections for <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/211">chapter 211</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
