<section id="H8EC1BDF5AFD64F9EAF00C05EACCC53E5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Gang Violence Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7358FF91EFB64C90AF0DC62723FC6653"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reporting on gang affiliation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 505(f) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/34/10156">34 U.S.C. 10156(f)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>and jurisdictions that include, as part of such reporting to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (including the National Gang Intelligence Center), information on offenses that are suspected to be gang-related</quote> before the period.</text> </section>
