Short title

This Act may be cited as the National Guard Relief Act.

Inclusion of National Guard Relief Foundation as a military welfare society

Title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1)in section 1033(b)(2), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (E)The National Guard Relief Foundation.; and (2)in section 2566(b)(1), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (E)The National Guard Relief Foundation..
