To amend title 10, United States Code, to include the National Guard Relief Foundation in the definition of “military welfare society” in certain laws administered by the Secretaries of the military departments.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to include the National Guard Relief Foundation in the definition of “military welfare society” in certain laws administered by the Secretaries of the military departments.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “National Guard Relief Act”.
SEC. 2. Inclusion of National Guard Relief Foundation as a military welfare society.
Title 10, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in section 1033(b)(2), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
“(E) The National Guard Relief Foundation.”; and
(2) in section 2566(b)(1), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
“(E) The National Guard Relief Foundation.”.
