<section id="H50C2E24A91B04734A193957CC9658C0D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Federal Accountability for Felony Obstruction Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>FAFO Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H1C2FCAD559DE413A849799294B9EA96F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Inclusion of property damage in definition of domestic terrorism</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2331(5)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:</text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="H2A6CB5A2573A4D639F34F69F32B1323F" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subparagraph id="H5B81B8AC5E9A4BDB8DA00FFA1870A442"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">involve acts that—</text> 
<clause id="HD1ED68BD9532462C9F8DA3CED5117DD1"><enum>(i)</enum><text>are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, and that are dangerous to human life or are likely to cause significant damage to property; and</text></clause> <clause id="H6F956FE56CB045B3A6970DFD3F73022E"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">that obstruct or impede—</text>
<subclause id="HD15A3D3081724AC4B8D06A2783C30FCD"><enum>(I)</enum><text>a law enforcement officer or a first responder in carrying out their duties; or</text></subclause> <subclause id="H27308E7FB0F642C58D51868EF21AA296"><enum>(II)</enum><text>a person seeking medical attention;</text></subclause></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section>
