                                 A BILL


 
 To amend title 18, United States, to include property damage in acts 
      that constitute domestic terrorism, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Federal Accountability for Felony 
Obstruction Act'' or the ``FAFO Act''.

SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF PROPERTY DAMAGE IN DEFINITION OF DOMESTIC 
              TERRORISM.

    Section 2331(5)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended to 
read as follows:
                    ``(A) involve acts that--
                            ``(i) are a violation of the criminal laws 
                        of the United States or of any State, and that 
                        are dangerous to human life or are likely to 
                        cause significant damage to property; and
                            ``(ii) that obstruct or impede--
                                    ``(I) a law enforcement officer or 
                                a first responder in carrying out their 
                                duties; or
                                    ``(II) a person seeking medical 
                                attention;''.
