<section id="H5F5E43F53D3C4C9FB74B1256F411B915" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Guidance Upholding Integrity through Defense of Americans’ National Consumer Enforcement Act of 2026</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>GUIDANCE Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
