<section id="H6480C73E75B14234B7D0CA02B6439994" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Ending Predator Access to Union Power Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HB3AB7888FF784F799B69BE02FA487F64" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on holding office</header> <subsection id="H57269278527C48419BCE968DECE23F9A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 504(a) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/504">29 U.S.C. 504(a)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting after <quote>grievous bodily injury,</quote> the following: <quote>a sex offense against a minor,</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HDDAB4A97CD43447B9AB3B20A7C38F530"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Technical amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 504(a) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/504">29 U.S.C. 504(a)</external-xref>) is further amended by striking <quote>Act any</quote> and inserting <quote>Act, any</quote>.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HF92D3E84A51A4528871C4F7229D1DD96"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendments made by this Act shall take effect 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act.</text></subsection></section>
