Short title

This Act may be cited as the Ending Predator Access to Union Power Act.

(a)

Section 504(a) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. 504(a)) is amended by inserting after grievous bodily injury, the following: a sex offense against a minor,. (b)

Section 504(a) of such Act is further amended by striking Act any and inserting Act, any. (c)

Effective date

The amendments made by this Act shall take effect 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
