<section id="H56E41B5C5DF744E4B947F71CCD1995FC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Compensation Fund Recrediting Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="H3B2466CA95214119B119F7AE3F1C3935" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Sunset of the Filipino Veterans Equity Compensation Fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1002 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/5">Public Law 111–5</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/38/107">38 U.S.C. 107</external-xref> note) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="H8D45A1F7BD5E420280CEC465A3F6A6D5"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (l), by striking <quote>until expended</quote> and inserting <quote>until the date specified in subsection (m)</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HB162E1A2DD8C40009AC224BDC8158143"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HEFA5FF0301A348FBAAC8769ACE5A1EC7" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subsection id="HE49CA54CFCFD4C10862AA166F865C68E"><enum>(m)</enum><header>Sunset</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">On January 1, 2027—</text>
<paragraph id="H85C7A0B1C8834CECBC0ED9BD20823AE9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>this section shall cease to have any effect; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HF4702289864D493CB10A7E5E686EB194"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any amounts in the compensation fund shall be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
