Lowey Community Learning Centers program for fiscal years 2026 through 2035, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H0A75E69E5D72498EACC987590F1FE863" style="OLC"> 
<section id="HC97B9749323C4591BE40F22B3D874D59" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Afterschool for All Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H76181123B9BA441F9B724EF8E820E9F5" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Expanding the Community Learning Centers program</header> <subsection id="H9E646F3EF6584407B6FEF491D83AEF3B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization of appropriations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 4206 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7176">20 U.S.C. 7176</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>$1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2017</quote> and all that follows through <quote>2020</quote> and inserting <quote>$10,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2035, to remain available until expended</quote>.</text></subsection>

          <header>In general</header>
 <text>The heading of part B of title IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7171">20 U.S.C. 7171 et seq.</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote><header-in-text level="part" style="OLC">21ST CENTURY</header-in-text></quote>.</text>

          <enum>(2)</enum>
          <header>Table of contents</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of contents of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/6301">20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq.</external-xref>) is amended, in the item relating to part B of title IV, by striking <quote>21st Century</quote>.</text>

<paragraph id="HE6B2B931E15046D190879E9E7D106F3C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/11">Section 11(b)</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking <quote>21</quote> and inserting <quote>22</quote>.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H592018082F48459CB2CA1E1798D38448"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendment made by this subsection shall apply to taxable years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
