Short title

This Act may be cited as the Tactical Revitalization and Upgrade of Modern Presidential Ballroom Act or the TRUMP Ballroom Act.

Authorization for construction of ballroom on White House grounds

(a)

Authorization

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President may design and construct a ballroom facility on the grounds of the White House. (b)

Approval authority

The President shall have sole design and approval authority for the ballroom facility described in subsection (a).
