<section id="HBDCD3B418B424BE4A6AE3596ED649B27" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Territorial Protection and Sovereignty Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H5BD0D5F93F55444FBDA2259F89DF3C9C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of temporary protected status</header> 
<subsection id="H904C51610B9E4C349E66800BF0D952CD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 244 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1254a">8 U.S.C. 1254a</external-xref>) is repealed.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H1F117CD454F6481D9D497BCB4A0509B5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Existing grants</header> <paragraph id="H6755488697D84DA3B8B66F1684EF562E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Any grant of temporary protected status that is in effect on the date of enactment of this Act shall terminate on the date of enactment of this Act.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HF6D92FF03600415E9C4E175A2C63530D"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Departure</header><text>An alien whose temporary protected status is terminated under paragraph (1) shall depart the United States not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and shall cease to be considered lawfully present in the United States on and after the date that is 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act.</text> </paragraph></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
