Section 3(k)(1) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2012(k)(1)) is amended— (1)by inserting hot rotisserie chicken and before those authorized; (2)by striking clauses and inserting paragraphs; and (3)by striking of this subsection.
