Short title

This Act may be cited as the Earn it First Act of 2026.

Prohibition on sitting President naming certain facilities after such President

(a)

Prohibition

The President or any officer or employee of the executive branch on behalf of the President may not, for the duration of the term of such President, name or designate a public facility after such President. (b)

Public facility defined

In this section, the term public facility means— (1)any building (including a public building as defined in section 3301 of title 40, United States Code) administered by a Federal agency; and (2)any building or facility operated by an entity that receives Federal funds.
