<section id="HB18E3F04F19D49868397EE2FED2D5EA1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Transit Workforce Development Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H4392ED164663432D811D67EF4A398EBA" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Use of grants for buses and bus facilities for workforce development training</header> 
<subsection id="HD6AD55DBE51B4B108A7ECE02B43660D4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5314(c)(4)(A) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>sections 5307, 5337, and 5339</quote> and inserting <quote>sections 5307 and 5337, and not more than 10 percent of amounts made available to a recipient under section 5339,</quote>.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HDB8F133BA38B411A9DE005B0F2B8228E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Workforce development training</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5339(d) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HE4C15ECC71EC4148A7BD2273CCC10465"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>5 percent</quote> and inserting <quote>10 percent</quote>;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H26EF95B043284E3A8ECFC85584221CF2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>zero emissions vehicles (as defined in subsection (c)(1)) or related infrastructure</quote> and inserting <quote>buses and related equipment and to construct bus-related facilities</quote>;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H0D7DFB242D244382B0E8DB7625E88D90"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking <quote>under subsection (b) or (c)</quote> and inserting <quote>under subsections (a), (b), or (c)</quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HE3177EBF37E44298A657672428F275B1"><enum>(4)</enum><text>by striking <quote>under the recipient's plan to address the impact of the transition to zero emission vehicles on the applicant's current workforce under subsection (c)(3)(D)</quote>.</text> </paragraph></subsection></section>
