Guaranteed amounts

Section 104(c)(1)(B) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1)in clause (ii) by striking and at the end; (2)in clause (iii) by striking the period and inserting ; and; and (3)by adding at the end the following: (iv)at least 0.5 percent of the total apportionment. .
