Short title

This Act may be cited as the Abolish the CMMI Act.

2.

Abolishing the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation is hereby abolished.

3.

Technical and conforming amendments

Section 1115A of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1315a) is hereby repealed.
